The Ministry of Home Affairs (Hanoi, Vietnam) has issued Decision 546/QD-BNV announcing the implementation process for several procedures related to officials and public employee in Vietnams which clearly outlines the important regulations concerning the procedures for promoting the professional title of public employees in Vietnam as follows:
On February 12, 2018, Vietnam Social Security signed Decision 223/QD-BHXH issuing the Plan to organize the examination for promotion of officials, upgrading the rank of public employees from specialist to senior specialist in 2018 in Vietnam.
Officials and public employees, as well as employees who meet the conditions prescribed by regulations in Vietnam, are eligible for salary increases either under the regular salary increase scheme or an early salary increase scheme
