Circular 10/2017/TT-BNV on regulations for evaluating the quality of training for officials and public employees was issued on December 29, 2017. According to the guidelines in this Circular, the use of evaluation results for the quality of training for Vietnamese officials and public employees is regulated as follows:
The Ministry of Health (Hanoi, Vietnam) has issued Circular 26/2018/TT-BYT stipulating the organization and implementation of training programs according to the professional title standards for public employees in the healthcare sector for training and research institutions.

The results of evaluation and classification of officials and public employees in Vietnam are important bases for arranging, utilizing, training, fostering, promoting rank or title classification, planning, appointment, dismissal, transfer, rotation, commendation, discipline, and implementing other policies regarding officials and public employees in Vietnam. December will be the time to conduct the evaluation and classification of officials and public employees. Below is the guidance for the end-of-year evaluation and classification of officials in 2016.
According to Official Dispatch 2768/BNV-TCBC dated May 26, 2017, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam requests that Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities send the staffing plan for officials and the plan for the number of people working in public service providers in 2018 to the Ministry before June 30, 2017.
