On October 01, 2018, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 132/2018/ND-CP on amendments to a number of articles of Decree No. 16/2016/ND-CP on management and use of official development assistance and concessional loans granted by foreign sponsors.

Decree No. 132/2018/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government supplements several new fundamental contents to Decree No. 16/2016/ND-CP. Specifically, there are 30 new contents as follows:
