Vietnam: 04 remedial measures for administrative violations in tourism

This content is specified in Decree No. 45/2019/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on penalties for administrative violations in tourism.

According to Decree No. 45/2019/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, a wrongdoer committing administrative violation in tourism, apart from main penalties, may face single or multiple remedial measure(s) below:

- Enforced transfer of the profits earned from administrative violations.

- Enforced revocation of license for international tour operator business; tour guide badges; decision on recognition of rating of tourist accommodation establishments; decision on recognition of other tourism service business qualified for provision of services for tourists; decision on recognition of tourist attractions; decision on recognition of tourist areas.

- Enforced removal of signboards showing service provider qualified for provision of services for tourists.

- Enforced full payment of fees, charges and amounts payable as prescribed.
