  • According to the provisions of Article 16 of Decree 03/2016/ND-CP: The allowance for management and command responsibilities of the militia and self-defense units is calculated and paid monthly, by multiplying the statutory pay rate with the allowance coefficient. From July 1, 2017, the increase of the new statutory pay rate to 1.3 million VND/month leads to an increase in responsibility allowances for militia and self-defense forces in Vietnam. Người có hành vi trốn nghĩa vụ quân sự có thể đối mặt với các chế tài xử lý khác nhau, trong đó có thể bị phạt tù đến 05 năm.
