This is a great opportunity for workforce in various fields in Ho Chi Minh City such as Law, Accounting, Auditing, Administration, Sociology, Construction, Architecture, Urban Planning, Information Technology, Land Management, Archives, Finance, Banking, Environment, Health, etc., with specific recruitment information as follows:

1. Standards and conditions for the official recruitment examination

Persons meeting the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social composition, belief, or religion, are eligible to register for the official recruitment examination:

- Hold Vietnamese nationality.

- Aged 18 and above.

- Have a registration form; have a clear personal history.

- Hold appropriate degrees and certificates, specifically:

+ University degree or higher in a training field suitable for the required job position.

+ Have a foreign language certificate with a level equivalent to level 2 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework as prescribed in Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated January 24, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training on the promulgation of the six-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam.

Candidates may submit one of the foreign language certificates with a level equivalent to level 2 of Vietnam's foreign language proficiency framework: English (or French, Russian, German, Chinese) language certificate level B or A2; TOEFL ITP 360 or iBT 30 and above; IELTS 4.0 and above; TOEIC 225 (Listening and Reading only) or TOEIC 345 (including Listening and Reading: 225; Speaking: 70; Writing: 50) and above.

+ Have an IT certificate with the basic information technology usage skills standard as prescribed in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014 of the Minister of Information and Communications on the Regulation of Information Technology Usage Skills Standards or an equivalent application IT certificate.

Candidates may submit application IT certificates A, B, C to replace IT certificates with the basic information technology usage skills standard.

Note: If the specialized official rank has separate regulations on foreign language and IT qualifications, follow the specialized regulations.

- Have good political qualities and ethics.

- Be in good health to undertake tasks.

The following persons are not eligible to register for recruitment:

- Not residing in Vietnam.

- Deprived of or limited in civil act capacity.

- Being prosecuted for criminal responsibility; serving or having completed serving a criminal sentence without having their criminal record expunged, being subjected to administrative measures of being sent to a reformatory or educational institution.

2. Recruitment registration dossier

Applicants submit 01 set of dossier including:

- Registration form (download here).

- Two 4x6 cm photos, in ID card photo style, with full name, date of birth on the back (taken within the last 6 months).

Note: Each applicant is only allowed to register for one recruitment position. After the dossier submission deadline, the City Recruitment Council will verify dossier data citywide. If an applicant submits for more than one position, they will be disqualified from the exam list.

Application submission period: From November 4, 2020, until 5:00 PM, December 3, 2020.
