- On December 27, 2024, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 173/2024/ND-CP to partially repeal Decree 59/2006/ND-CP which provides guidance on the Commercial Law concerning prohibited business goods and services, restricted business, and conditional business; and to repeal Decree 43/2009/ND-CP, which amended the List of prohibited business goods and services under Decree 59/2006/ND-CP, guiding the implementation of the Commercial Law concerning prohibited business goods and services, restricted business, and conditional business.
