Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam has issued the Guidance No. 33-HD/BTCTW on October 30, 2020 implementing a number of contents in Regulation No. 213-QĐ/TW of the Politburo on the responsibilities of working party members who regularly keep in contact with party organizations and people in their places of residence.
According to the Guidance No. 33-HD/BTCTW of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam, Party members who are introduced but are exempted from Party activities at the place of residence in the following cases:
- Party members who are working in the People's Army and People's Public Security due to working conditions away from home or due to requests and duties must stay at the barracks or official-duty houses outside of regular daily working hours, infrequent on the place of residence;
- Party members work in a number of agencies, units in the country, all kinds of enterprises, but often work far away from their places of residence, mobile; Party members who are officers transferred or rotated at official-duty houses or agencies' collectives do not regularly return to their places of residence;
- Party members being officials and public employees go to school for 12 months in a year; Party members are students, pupils who go to school away from home and do not often return to their places of residence.
The above-mentioned Party members perform the responsibilities in Clause 1 Article 1 and the tasks in Clauses 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 Article 2 of Regulation No. 213-QĐ/TW. Do not collect comments on an annual basis; get comments only when necessary (implement the process of officials work, reward and discipline, etc.)
