Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance recently issued Official Dispatch 1953/BHXH-CD regarding the use of Leave of Absence Certificates (GCN) for social insurance benefits issued before Circular 56/2017/TT-BYT (effective from March 1, 2018) from 2019 onwards.
