- There must be measures to limit exhaust gas emissions to the environment through the MSW loading door;

- The chimney of the MSW incinerator must meet the requirements specified in the circular.

Furthermore, the Circular details the maximum permissible values of pollutant parameters in the exhaust gas of MSW incinerators, the operation and monitoring of MSW incinerators, and the methods for sampling and determining the parameters according to standards.

The Circular 03/2016/TT-BTNMT takes effect from May 1, 2016.
