On April 13, 2018, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued the National Technical Regulation on E-UTRA Mobile Communication Terminal Equipment - Radio Access Part (QCVN 117:2018/BTTTT) attached to Circular 02/2018/TT-BTTTT.

The technical requirements in this Standard shall be implemented as follows:

- Applicable under the environmental operating conditions of the equipment and must be disclosed by the manufacturer;- The equipment must comply with all technical requirements of this Standard when operating within the declared environmental operating conditions.

The environmental conditions include:

- Regarding temperature, for normal conditions, the temperature range is from +15 °C to +35 °C. For extreme conditions (see IEC 60068-2-1 and IEC 60068-2-2), the temperature range is from -10 °C to +55 °C;- Regarding voltage, UE must meet the voltage range requirements within the critical voltage points;- Regarding the test environment, the temperature and voltage will apply depending on the conditions, whether they are normal or extreme.
