Effective from January 26, 2016, Circular 27/2016/TT-BNNPTNT on National Technical Regulations in the field of animal feed officially comes into force.

Issued together with this Circular is the National Technical Regulation: Animal Feed - Stipulating the Maximum Permissible Levels of Mycotoxins, Heavy Metals, and Microorganisms in Mixed Animal Feed; Symbol: QCVN 01 - 183:2016/BNNPTNT.

The national technical regulation QCVN 01 - 183:2016/BNNPTNT replaces 04 previous regulations stipulated in Circular 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 25, 2009;

For animal feed products that have been declared to conform to the national technical regulations issued together with Circular 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT before the effective date of Circular 27/2016/TT-BNNPTNT, the validity of their declaration of conformity shall remain unchanged for a period of 03 years from the date on which the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the notice of receipt of conformity declaration.

Circular 27/2016/TT-BNNPTNT replaces Circular 81/2009/TT-BNNPTNT and Circular 23/2012/TT-BNNPTNT.
