- Regularly inspect and visually observe on site to promptly grasp the current status of the dam and water reservoir;- Before the annual rainy season, inspect and assess the safety of the dam and water reservoir; take prompt measures to prevent, counter, and handle any damage;- After the annual rainy season, inspect to detect any damage; propose measures to remedy and repair the damage;- Immediately after heavy rain or major flooding in the basin, or a strong earthquake in the project area, inspect and evaluate the safety status of the dam and water reservoir;- In case unexpected damage to the dam or water reservoir is detected, promptly report to the owner or manager of the dam and water reservoir, and immediately take measures to ensure safety.
