Circular 10/2018/TT-BGDDT stipulates the training for a second graduation degree (abbreviated as second degree) at the university and college levels for the group of teacher training disciplines (GV).

For second degree training at the bachelor's level:

For second degree training at the college level:

The candidate must meet the current conditions for university and college admissions in the teacher training group and have one of the following degrees:

- A college/university degree in the teacher training group awarded by a domestic teacher training institution;- A college/university degree in the teacher training group awarded by a foreign teacher training institution and recognized according to the regulations of the MoET.

Circular 10/2018/TT-BGDDT takes effect from May 15, 2018.
