Announcement of 12 administrative procedures for establishment, restructuring and dissolution of administrative units in Vietnam

+ Appraisal of the establishment, restructuring and dissolution of administrative units under the decision-making competence of the Government or the Prime Minister, including 03 detailed procedures;

+ Appraisal of the establishment, restructuring and dissolution of administrative units under the decision-making competence of ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, including 03 detailed procedures.

- Local administrative procedures:

+ Appraisal of the establishment, restructuring and dissolution of organizations under the decision-making competence of the provincial-level People's Committees, including 03 detailed procedures;

+ Appraisal of the establishment, restructuring and dissolution of administrative units under the decision-making competence of the district-level People's Committees, including 03 detailed procedures.
