This is one of the criteria regarding training and management to identify high-quality programs as stipulated in Circular 21/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, which was promulgated by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on November 30, 2018, to regulate the criteria for determining high-quality programs at intermediate and college levels.
Circular 21 stipulates:
- Intermediate schools and colleges that provide high-quality programs must have a dedicated department for job counseling for students after graduation;- There must be a commitment to training in accordance with job placement or job introduction for students after graduation; it must be ensured that over 80% of students have jobs relevant to their trained industry or profession, or continue their studies at higher levels after graduation.
At the same time, students graduating from these high-quality programs will be awarded a degree corresponding to their level and field of study. The degree will include the additional inscription: "High-Quality Program."
