For newly recruited public employees, the original dossier includes the following components:
- The “Public Employee Curriculum Vitae” book according to form HS01-VC/BNV;- The public employee’s personal resume according to form HS02-VC/BNV;- A notarized copy of the birth certificate from an authorized agency or unit as prescribed by law;- A judicial record card issued by a competent authority;- A health certificate issued by a medical facility at the district level or higher that remains valid as prescribed by law;- Notarized copies of documents related to the training and fostering qualifications of the public employee;- Notarized copies of recruitment decisions or selection, admission decisions for public employees by the competent authority or unit as prescribed by law.
The components in the original dossier mentioned above must be declared, checked, and verified within 30 days from the recruitment date. In addition, for public employees who are currently working, additional dossier components must be provided.
