- Citizens are responsible for declaring temporary absence if they fall into the cases where they must declare temporary absence as prescribed at Residence Law 2020. From July 1, 2021, the declaration of temporary absence has many changes according to Circular 55/2021/TT-BCA guiding the Residence Law in Vietnam.
