- On July 02, 2024, the Minister of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 26/2024/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular 20/2022/TT-BGTVT dated July 29, 2022 by the Minister of Transport, which stipulates the certificates templates, technical safety records, and environmental protection documents issued for ships, floating docks, floating storage units, mobile rigs, inland waterway vessels, and industrial products used for inland waterway vessels.
