- Recently, the Ministry of Public Security issued Circular 03/2010/TT-BCA regulating the implementation of democracy in the work of student recruitment and selection of citizens into the People's Public Security, including regulations on the responsibilities of academies and schools of the People's Public Security to implement democracy in exams and admissions.
