On October 31, 2024, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 75/2024/TT-BTC amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular 55/2023/TT-BTC dated August 15, 2023, which provides regulations on the management, use, and settlement of non-business funds from the state budget to implement national target programs for the 2021-2025 period.
