- Recently, Circular 34/2013/TT-BGDDT has been consistently issued by the Ministry of Education and Training to amend and supplement certain equipment regulations listed in the Catalogue of Minimum Teaching Aids, Toys, and Equipment used for Early Childhood Education issued together with Circular 02/2010/TT-BGDDT.
