  • On November 10, 2022, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued Decision 876/QD-BNV on approving the Scheme of "Determining the PAR index of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities" for the 2022–2030 period.
