- The Minister of Justice of Vietnam promulgates Circular 20/2024/TT-BTP on December 31, 2024, stipulating the mechanism and policies regarding the pricing of auction services for assets that are mandated by law to be sold through auction. This includes the costs of posting announcements for selecting asset auction organizations, the cost of publicly announcing the auction on the National Asset Auction Portal, and the cost of using the National Asset Auction Portal for conducting online auctions.

- On December 27, 2024, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree 172/2024/ND-CP guiding the Auction Law 2016 as amended by the Auction Law 2024; wherein provisions on requirements for the National Asset Auction Portal and online auction website effective from January 01, 2025, are stipulated.
