- On December 9, 2024, the Minister of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 13/2024/TT-BNV, amending Circular 18/2014/TT-BNV, which stipulates the validation of the identification code of youth volunteer units that have been established and operated during various periods for youth volunteer units whose identification code have not yet been determined.
