The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has issued Official Telegram 2239/CD-TTg in 2016 regarding ensuring order and traffic safety during the Gregorian New Year, Lunar New Year of the Rooster, and Spring Festival 2017.
This is an important addition mentioned in the draft Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools, presented to the National Assembly by the Ministry of Public Security recently. The draft has increased certain rights regarding the use of firearms, the right to use firearms for the Police forces, Traffic Police, and public duty officers.
The content is stated in the Draft Dossier (including the Proposal, Decision of the Prime Minister) submitted to the government by the Ministry of Transport, outlining the roadmap for establishing emission standards applicable to motorcycles and mopeds circulating in the period 2018-2020 for motorcycles with engine displacement of 175 cm3 and above.
May 26, 2016, the Government of Vietnam promulgated Decree 46/2016/ND-CP stipulating sanctions for administrative violations in the field of road and railway traffic. Decree 46/2016/ND-CP replaces Decree 171/2013/ND-CP and Decree 107/2014/ND-CP.
Currently, the Ministry of Health is still seeking opinions on the Draft Circular providing guidance on the organization and activities for emergency response to traffic accidents on expressways.
This is the content of the Scheme to enhance the management of road traffic vehicles aimed at reducing traffic congestion and environmental pollution, approved by the Hanoi City People's Council under Resolution 04/2017/NQ-HDND dated July 04, 2017.
Thu Ky Luat would like to introduce to our esteemed members the new policy in the field of Transportation which comes into effect from January 2017 as follows:
Prohibition signs are used to indicate prohibitions that traffic participants must comply with. However, not everyone participating in traffic knows and understands the meanings of these signs. Below, there are 63 prohibition signs to members to avoid violations and penalties:---
A series of preferential policies have been applied to wounded soldiers, martyrs, people with meritorious services to the revolution, as well as their relatives. This is considered the State's gratitude to those who have bravely fought, endured injuries, and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Regulations on administrative penalties for the act of violating the non-owner vehicle are clearly stated in Decree 100/2019/ND-CP on administrative penalties in the field of Road Traffic and railway, which is currently in effect. The question arises: When is an act considered to be in violation of the "operating a vehicle that is not in operator's name" regulation?
