- Phase 1: In Hanoi City (400 people).
From September 12 - 18, 2017, at the Training and Professional Development Center - Command of Mobile Police - Kieu Mai Street - Phuc Dien Ward - Bac Tu Liem District - Hanoi.
- Phase 2: In Ho Chi Minh City (400 people).
From September 19 - 25, 2017, at Military School of Military Zone 7, No. 479 To Ky Street, Trung My Tay Ward, District 12 - Ho Chi Minh City.
Training content:
Introduction of topics:
- Global, regional, and domestic situations and the current requirements of National Defense and Security Education;- Introduction of contents Circular 01/2017/TT-BGDDT; 02/2017/TT-BGDDT; 03/2017/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training;- Protecting national sovereignty over seas, islands, and borders in the new situation;- Non-traditional security and the fight against non-traditional security threats in Vietnam;- The struggle to protect the Fatherland from 1975 to the present;- General introduction to the organization of military forces.
Methods of practical teaching and live ammunition firing test:
- Methods of teaching individual and unit formations;- Methods of teaching obstacle techniques;- Methods of teaching infantry techniques and tactics;- Methods of teaching grenade throwing and pistol shooting;- Practical shooting and grenade throwing tests.
FOR HIGH SCHOOLS
Location and projected training time:
- Phase 1: Departments of Education and Training in the Northern region, including: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien - Hue.
From September 6 - 12, 2017 at the Training and Professional Development Center - Command of Mobile Police - Kieu Mai Street - Phuc Dien Ward - Bac Tu Liem District - Hanoi.
- Phase 2: Departments of Education and Training in the Southern region, including: Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Tri, Da Nang, Can Tho, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Tay Ninh, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Long An, Tien Giang, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Hau Giang, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, An Giang, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.
From September 13 - 19, 2017 at Military School / Military Zone 7 - Ho Chi Minh City.
Training content:
- Global, regional, and domestic situations and the current requirements of National Defense and Security Education;- Introduction of contents Circular 02/2017/TT-BGDDT;- Crime prevention and social evils in students today;- Non-traditional security and the fight against non-traditional security threats in Vietnam;- The struggle to protect the Fatherland from 1975 to the present;- Methods of teaching drill commands (individual, squad);- Methods of teaching practical Hammock pitching techniques;- Methods of teaching practical Hoang Cam stove digging techniques;- Methods of teaching basic combat formations of infantry squads;- Methods of teaching submachine gun shooting techniques;- Methods of teaching grenade throwing;- Practical tests on accurate shooting and grenade throwing;- Visiting military or police units.
