On October 14, 2024, the Minister of National Defense promulgated Circular 67/2024/TT-BQP stipulating the order and procedures for certifying the quality, technical safety, and environmental protection of imported, manufactured, and assembled motor vehicles under the management of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.
