- According to Vietnam’s regulations, tissue banking service business is a conditional business. Tissue banks shall be entitled to operate only if they obtain the Licenses for Tissue Bank Operation issued by the Ministry of Health. However, to be granted an operating license, a tissue bank must also meet legal conditions.
