- Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 05/2021/ND-CP on management and operation of airports and aerodromes. In addition to setting regulations on management and operation, the Decree also provides regulations on the formulation and appraisal of airport and aerodrome planning to replace the old regulations in Decree 102/2015/ND-CP .
