- Vietnam: Detailed guidelines for declaring C/O Form D in 2019 (latest)

- According to Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the C/O shall be typed in English (except for the case in clause 15 below). Declared information shall be consistent with the documents mentioned in Article 2 of this Circular.
