- Recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam has issued the Decision No. 3367/QĐ-BVHTTDL in 2020 on the Plan on emplementing Resolution No. 26/NQ-CP on master plan and 5-year plan for implementation of Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW on the strategy for sustainable development of Vietnam’s sea-based economy by 2030, vision to 2045.
