- Recently, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 187/2010/TT-BTC stipulating the mechanisms and policies to support plant varieties, livestock and aquaculture seeds to restore production in areas damaged by natural disasters and dangerous epidemics. The circular includes the principles of granting support for affected residents from central to local budget funds.
