The Central Executive Committee issued Directive No. 42-CT/TW in 2025 to enhance the Vietnam Communist Party's leadership over the education campaign of frugality, integrity, honesty, public interest, and impartiality, wherein violations are handled with no prohibited zones and no exceptions, to ensure 'one does not dare to be corrupt, wasteful, or negative.'
