- On January 09, 2025, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 07/2025/ND-CP amending the Decrees in the fields of civil status, nationality, and authentication; including amendments to several provisions on issuing copies from master registers, authenticating copies from originals, authenticating signatures, and certifying contracts and transactions as stipulated in Decree 23/2015/ND-CP.
