Which entities are exempted from or have reduced fees for visiting National Parks?

According to the regulations stipulated in Circular 206/2016/TT-BTC, the visitation fees for Bach Ma, Cuc Phuong, Ba Vi, Tam Dao, Yokdon, and Cat Tien National Parks are exempted or reduced in the following cases:

- Exemption from visitation fees to National Parks for the following cases:

- Children under 6 years old.- Persons with severe disabilities as defined in Clause 1 Article 11 of [Decree 28/2012/ND-CP](https://lawnet.vn/vb/nghi-dinh-28-2012-nd-cp-huong-dan-luat-nguoi-khuyet-tat-21abe.html).

- 50% reduction in visitation fees to National Parks for the following cases:

- Individuals entitled to cultural enjoyment policies as stipulated in Article 2 of [Decision 170/2003/QD-TTg](https://lawnet.vn/vb/quyet-dinh-170-2003-qd-ttg-chinh-sach-uu-dai-huong-thu-van-hoa-c7f9.html) on "Cultural Enjoyment Preferential Policies." In cases where it is difficult to determine whether the individual is entitled to cultural enjoyment policies as stipulated in Article 2 of Decision 170/2003/QD-TTg, a confirmation letter from the commune, ward, or commune-level town People's Committee where the individual resides is sufficient.- Elderly persons as defined in [Decree 06/2011/ND-CP](https://lawnet.vn/vb/nghi-dinh-06-2011-nd-cp-huong-dan-luat-nguoi-cao-tuoi-1cb77.html) stipulating detailed provisions and guidance for implementing certain articles of the Elderly Persons Law.- Persons with severe disabilities as defined in Clause 2 Article 11 of [Decree 28/2012/ND-CP](https://lawnet.vn/vb/nghi-dinh-28-2012-nd-cp-huong-dan-luat-nguoi-khuyet-tat-21abe.html) stipulating detailed provisions and guidance for implementing certain articles of the Persons with Disabilities Law.

Note: In cases where an individual is both entitled to cultural enjoyment policies and is either elderly or has severe disabilities, they are only entitled to a 50% reduction in visitation fees to National Parks.
