When Exemptions and Reductions for Visiting Fees at the Vietnam Women's Museum Apply

On November 9, 2016, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC regulating the collection, remittance, management, and use of the fees for visiting the Vietnam Women's Museum.

According to the provisions of Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC, exemptions and reductions in entrance fees to the Vietnam Women's Museum apply to the following subjects:

Cases eligible for fee exemption include:

- Delegates and guests of the Communist Party, State, National Assembly, and the Government of Vietnam.- Children, students of primary schools, lower secondary schools, and upper secondary schools.- Persons with severe disabilities as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree 28/2012/ND-CP.

The following cases are eligible for a 50% fee reduction:

- Subjects entitled to cultural enjoyment policies as stipulated in Article 2 of Decision 170/2003/QD-TTg.- Elderly persons as stipulated in Decree 06/2011/ND-CP.- Persons with heavy disabilities as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 11 of Decree 28/2012/ND-CP.
