Circular 14/2017/TT-BGTVT was issued by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam providing guidance on certain provisions of Decree 70/2016/ND-CP of Vietnam's Government on the conditions for providing maritime safety assurance services.
Specifically, enterprises providing maritime safety services must meet the minimum equipment requirements for maintaining signals as follows:
