Vietnam: Application for issuance of the vocational education and training accreditor cards

Human resources have always played a key role in the development of a country. Understanding that, our State has issued many preferential policies for training, along with regulations related to training quality. One of the prominent policies is Decree No. 49/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on vocational education and training accreditation.

The person who satisfies all standards specified in Article 13 of Decree No. 49/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government and meets requirements specified in the regulation on assessment for issuance of accreditor cards of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall submit 01 set of application to be issued with the accreditor card.

The application includes:

- An application form;

- 04 2 cm x 3 cm color photos taken in white background within the last 06 months from the date of submission;

- Copies of degrees and certificates specified in Clauses 2, 4, 5 and 6 Article 13 of this Decree;

- A certificate of health issued by a health center from district level or the equivalent or higher level within the last 06 months from the date of submission.

Decree No. 49/2018/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government takes effect from May 15, 2018.
