Vietnam: Amending and supplementing the schedule of fees and charges in the security sector from June 05, 2019

Recently, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam signed and promulgated Circular 23/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 218/2016/TT-BTC dated November 10, 2016 of the Minister of Finance prescribing the rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of appraisal fees for conditions in the field of security; examination fees for issuing security professional certificates; licensing fees for managing fireworks; licensing fees for managing weapons, explosives, and supporting tools.

Circular 23/2019/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam has revised and supplemented the Schedule of fees, appraisal fees for security conditions; examination fees for security practice certification; fees for licenses for the management of fireworks; fees for licenses governing weapons, explosives, and supporting tools issued with Circular 218/2016/TT-BTC, with specific new fee rates as follows:
