Time for Finalization of Periodic Reporting Data by the State Bank of Vietnam

The units and officials and public employees under the State Bank and related organizations or individuals involved in implementing the policies of periodic reports of the State Bank must pay attention to the reporting timelines mentioned in Circular 09/2019/TT-NHNN as follows:

- Monthly periodic reports: Calculated from the 15th day of the previous month to the 14th day of the reporting month.- Quarterly periodic reports: Calculated from the 15th day of the month prior to the reporting quarter to the 14th day of the last month of the reporting quarter.- Six-month periodic reports: The closing date for the first six months is calculated from December 15 of the year before the reporting year to June 14 of the reporting year. The closing date for the last six months is calculated from June 15 to December 14 of the reporting year.- Annual periodic reports: Calculated from December 15 of the year before the reporting year to December 14 of the reporting year.- For periodic reports that cannot be closed according to the timelines stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4 of Article 7, the unit that develops the reporting policies needs to choose the closest closing date to the timeline of the respective reporting period and must ensure the reporting submission deadline as stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 6 of Circular 09/2019/TT-NHNN.

Note: Circular 09/2019/TT-NHNN does not adjust:

- Statistical reporting regime as stipulated by the laws on statistics;- Confidential reporting regime as stipulated by the laws on state secrets;- Internal reporting regime within the State Bank.
