Time and Method for Submitting Dossier for Consideration for Award of the Commemorative Medal "For the Cause of Justice"

According to Circular 06, the deadlines for submitting dossiers are as follows:

- Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Heads of legal organizations, units assigned to handle legal affairs of the Ministry, agencies equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and Directors of Departments of Justice in provinces and centrally-run cities shall submit dossiers to the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Justice sector before June 1 every year;- Heads of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments in provinces and centrally-run cities shall submit dossiers to the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement before May 15 every year;- Note, the submission deadline for the following subjects is not dependent on the regulations above:- Heads and deputies of heads of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central political-social organizations; Leaders of Ministries, agencies equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government of Vietnam; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees, Municipal Party Committees under the Central Government, heads of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial level, and Chairpersons, Vice Chairpersons of the People's Councils, and Provincial People's Committees.- Individuals who are overseas Vietnamese, and foreigners proposed for the Commemorative Medal award who have made significant contributions to building and strengthening cooperative relations between countries, international organizations, and the Justice sector, or have made positive contributions to the development of the Justice sector in Vietnam.- Individuals with initiatives, solutions, scientific works recognized by competent state agencies, having practical value and effective contributions to the development of the Justice sector; individuals who have provided significant financial or material support for the development of the Justice sector in Vietnam.

At the same time, Circular 06 also stipulates that the dossier must be submitted in both paper form and electronic form. The proposal letter and the list of individuals proposed for the award must be sent to the email address of the Department of Emulation and Commendation ([email protected]).
