The fields of information specified in the Appendix issued together with Circular 76 are mandatory fields and are standardized in terms of content and technique to ensure the exchange, integration, and sharing of electronic data about various types of public assets uniformly across the country.- The Ministry of Finance is responsible for issuing technical documents to facilitate connectivity before the project for the construction or upgrade of the National Database on Public Assets is accepted and put into operation.
