First: Suspension of the validity of the Confirmation Certificate, Expert Card when the organization, the expert violates one of the following cases:

- Failure to comply with the provisions of this Circular and legal documents, the relevant guidelines of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology, and Quality;- Failure to comply with the prescribed consulting and evaluation process;- Failure to ensure the maintenance of the organizational structure and capacity registered in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding standards.

Second: Revocation of the Confirmation Certificate, Expert Card when the organization, the expert violates one of the following cases:

- Being dissolved, bankrupt, or in serious violation of current legal provisions;- Repeated violations that seriously affect compliance with the provisions of this Circular, related legal documents, requirements for consulting, certification organizations, and the prescribed consulting, evaluation process;- Using fake, false documents to register for consulting and evaluation activities;- Falsifying consulting, evaluation documents;- Suspended validity of the Confirmation Certificate but failing to complete remediation within the suspension period as stated in the suspension notice;- Failing to comply with the inspection and examination requirements and regulations of state management agencies with authority.

Note: Depending on the level of violation, the organization, the expert whose Confirmation Certificate, Expert Card is revoked is only eligible to re-register for the Confirmation Certificate, Expert Card after a period of 02 (two) years from the date of the revocation notice and after rectifying the violations.
