Supplementing Subjects Permitted to Access the Cash Vaults of Credit Institutions

According to the new regulations, the following individuals are permitted to access the money vault:

- The Governor and Deputy Governor of the State Bank may inspect the money vaults within the Banking sector.- The Director of the Department of Issuance and Vault may access the money vaults within the Banking sector to perform assigned tasks.- Staff authorized in writing by the State Bank Governor to inspect or audit the money vaults within the Banking sector.- The Director of the State Bank branch, and staff authorized by a written permit from the Director of the State Bank branch to inspect the money vault of credit institutions, branches of foreign banks in the province or city.- The Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Members' Council, and the General Director of credit institutions and branches of foreign banks to inspect the money vault within their system.- Staff authorized in writing by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Members' Council, the General Director (Director) of credit institutions, and branches of foreign banks to inspect the money vaults within the respective system.- The Director and members responsible for holding the keys to the vault door.- Monitoring staff entering the money vault to supervise the entry and exit of assets; staff inspecting the money vault according to the work plan approved by the Director.- Staff assigned the task of organizing and loading, transporting assets stored in the money vault or tasked with entering the money vault to salvage assets in emergency situations.- Members of the periodic or unexpected Vault Asset Inventory Council.- Supervisory and technical staff, repair workers entering the money vault; repairing, installing, maintaining equipment, and locks within the money vault, having a request form, and permission granted by the Director to enter the money vault.
