- Delivery and receipt of newly printed or minted money from the printing or minting establishment or from the State Bank in situations specified in Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 01;- Types of money that have been counted, sorted, and packed using the multi-functional counting, sorting, and packing machine system of the State Bank, credit institutions, or foreign bank branches are delivered and received as newly printed or minted money;- Delivery and receipt of circulated money between the Reserve Issuing Fund and the Operational Issuing Fund of the State Bank branches when decided by the Director of the State Bank branch in writing;- Delivery and receipt of cash denominations of 50,000 VND or lower as per transfer orders between the Central Treasury warehouses; between the Central Treasury warehouse and the State Bank branch in Binh Dinh province and vice versa;- Delivery and receipt of cash within the Central Treasury; the State Bank branch in Binh Dinh province.
