Supplementary Process for Receiving Feedback and Suggestions

For reflections and recommendations made through electronic data message format, the competent state administrative agency must comply with the following procedure:

1. Guide individuals and organizations in making feedback and recommendations according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 7 of this Decree;

2. Log into the electronic portals of the ministries, central authorities, and local authorities or the feedback and recommendation receipt, processing information system to receive feedback and recommendations;

3. Study, assess and classify feedback and recommendations:

- Feedback and recommendations that are not accepted because they do not meet the requirements stipulated in Clause 4, Article 7 of this Decree;

- Feedback and recommendations on specific difficulties in implementing administrative regulations due to delays, inconveniences, non-implementation, or non-conformable implementation by state administrative agencies, or officials;

In this case, the receiving agency must forward the feedback and recommendations to the competent state administrative agency for resolution according to the law through the feedback and recommendation receipt, processing information system.

- Feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations within the processing authority of the receiving agency;

- Feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations not within the processing authority of the receiving agency.

In this case, the receiving agency must forward the feedback and recommendation to the competent authority for resolution through the feedback and recommendation receipt, processing information system within 05 working days from the date of receipt.

4. Store data messages on the received feedback and recommendations in the database of the electronic portals of the ministries, central authorities, and local authorities or the feedback and recommendation receipt, processing information system.
