Standards for Regular Training Lecturers at Educational Institutions

REPORT

Regular training lecturers for teachers, management staff of preschool education institutions, general education institutions, and teachers of regular education centers (BDTX) are educators from educational institutions responsible for conduction of BDTX, experts, educational management personnel, core preschool and general education institution teachers and management staff who meet the standards as stipulated in Article 9 of Circular 19/2019/TT-BGDDT, specifically as follows:

- Holding at least a university degree and having good moral and professional qualities;- Mastering the BDTX Program, and capable of delivering the contents of the BDTX materials appropriately to the target audience;- Having experience in BDTX for teachers and management staff (at least 03 years); having a sense of responsibility, ability to collaborate with colleagues; being capable of guiding and advising teachers and management staff in self-study; thoroughly understanding the organization process, contents, techniques, methods, and forms of evaluating BDTX outcomes as prescribed;- Possessing basic information technology skills as stipulated in Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT dated March 11, 2014, from the Ministry of Information and Communications on Standard Information Technology Skills; being capable of developing and advancing digital learning materials for training teachers and management staff.

Moreover, BDTX lecturers are responsible for executing tasks assigned by the supervisory agency, institutions fulfilling the BDTX mission, based on guest lecturing policies or labor contracts.
