2. Standards for individuals compiling textbooks

- The authors compiling textbooks must meet the following standards:- Have a university degree or higher, knowledgeable about educational science, specialized in the subject of the compiled textbooks;- Have full citizenship rights, good moral qualities, and ideology.- Individuals participating in compiling textbooks do not participate in the appraisal of textbooks.
