Standard Hour Norms for Educators Holding Leadership Positions in the Military

- Director, Political Commissar: 10%.- Deputy Director, Deputy Political Commissar: 15%.- Head of Department: 25%.- Deputy Head of Department, Head of Division, and equivalent: 30%.- Dean holding the position of Party Secretary: 50%; holding the position of Deputy Secretary: 60%; the rest: 70%.- Deputy Dean holding the position of Party Secretary: 60%; holding the position of Deputy Secretary: 65%; the rest: 75%.- Head of Subject holding the position of Party Cell Secretary, Faculty Assistant: 75%; Head of Subject: 80%.
